  • You should expect to get a great workout. There’s no pressure to lace up the gloves or hit a personal record in the weight room. Just come in for a class or 1:1 session, meet our trainers, and get a feel for the Gotham community.

  • Whatever you’d wear to go on a jog, hit a yoga class, or lift weights — unless you’re one of those people who lifts weights in jeans. We don’t recommend jeans. Athletic pants or shorts, a t-shirt or compression shirt, and sport-oriented shoes should do the trick.

  • You do not need boxing experience to train at Gotham. We’ll show you the ropes.

    If you do have boxing experience, that’s awesome. But, we’re still gonna correct your jab and tell you to move your feet. There’s always room for improvement.

  • Just come out of the gates hot. Interrupt whatever conversation that’s going on and tell your friends that you are now verifiably cooler than them after joining Gotham. Yeah, you box now. Yes, it is in fact pretty badass.

  • We couldn’t even wait for the answer section to say yes. Yes, please bring your dog. We love dogs. And we hope your dog loves us, too. PS - we have treats.
